What’s my purpose? Do I have purpose? Did you do that on purpose?

Purpose. What an interesting word. A word with a variety of meanings, it’s no wonder we are struggle to figure out what it means in our own lives.

Purpose is both a noun and a verb. Purpose can either be attained or something you do. That’s what I think makes purpose such an interesting word.

When you ask, “What’s my purpose?” Are you seeking an object or direction? Or could it be both? Could purpose be something you both attain and do?

What if the best way to attain our purpose is by doing something on purpose? (See what I did there?)

So many people lead directionless lives because they are constantly seeking to attain what their true purpose is. They never seem to find it because they do not do anything. Instead they just sit at home and hope the universe just drops it right into their lap.

How will you ever know what you are designed to do if you don’t try lots of things?

What’s one thing you can do today to begin to purposely strive to attain what is the purpose for you life?

“The two most important days in life are the day you were born and the day you find out why.”

Mark Twain
